We have tremendous public relations and new prospective clients call, eMail and write to ask "How do I get started?"

We are actively seeking to expand our Customer Service and Support department.

Upon joining our staff, you will be thoroughly trained on the YourWebPro application; the familiarization process is less than one week.

Candidate will be required to contact prospective clients who have requested information about the YourWebPro application.  No cold calling.

In addition, you will answer telephone calls and eMails from current subscribers, assisting them in the utilization of the application.

No technical experience required  .  .  . But you must know your way around a computer keyboard

Full and part-time position available, and potential to work from home after training will be considered.

Salary + commission with benefits attached after initial on board period.
